JobLink HK (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the mobile application JobLink HK and the website https://joblinkhk.com .

• Uploaded Documents: resume or supporting files (optional). 
• Chat Messages: 1-to-1 communication between job seekers and employers conducted via the app. 
• Feedback and Support: messages you send to our support team.

• Device information (model, OS version, device ID). 
• App usage logs (how you use the app). 
• Notification tokens (via Firebase) for push notifications. 
• We do not collect location data unless you explicitly provide it in your profile. 

2. How We Use Your Information We use collected information to: 
• Provide and operate our job search and application services. 
• Match you with suitable job opportunities. 
• Enable chat communication between job seekers and employers. 
• Maintain account security and prevent fraud. 
• Respond to support inquiries and feedback. 
• Send job alerts or notifications you’ve opted into. 

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure 
• We may share limited information as follows: 
• With Employers: your profile and resume when you apply for a job. 
• With Service Providers: such as Firebase (for push notifications) and hosting providers that support app operations. For Legal Reasons: if required to comply with laws, legal processes, or enforce our terms. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

• We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described or as required by law.
• You may delete your account at any time (see Section 6).

We implement reasonable safeguards to protect your data against unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

• Delete your account via the in-app “Delete Account” setting. 
• Withdraw consent for data processing (which may disable some features).

JobLink HK is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Your information may be processed or stored on servers located outside Hong Kong. We ensure appropriate protection consistent with this Privacy Policy and the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO) of Hong Kong.
