These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the JobLink HK mobile application and website operated by Job Link (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. 

1. Eligibility 
You must be at least 18 years old and legally allowed to work in Hong Kong to use JobLink HK. By using our app, you confirm that all information you provide is true and accurate.

2. Account Registration 
• You must register using a valid email address and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. 
• You are responsible for all activity under your account. 
• We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms. 

3. Use of Services 
• JobLink HK provides tools for job seekers to search and apply for jobs and for employers to post opportunities and communicate via chat. 
• You agree to use our services only for lawful, professional purposes and not to: 
• Post false or misleading job information. 
• Send spam, scams, or fraudulent messages. 
• Harass, abuse, or impersonate others. 

4. Chat Communication 
• Our chat feature allows direct 1-to-1 communication between job seekers and employers. 
• We may monitor chat content for safety, fraud prevention, or moderation purposes. 
• You are responsible for your conduct and content shared through the chat. 

5. Uploaded Content 
• You may upload resumes and profile data. 
• By uploading, you grant Job Link a limited license to store and display such content solely for the operation of the app. 
• You must ensure your content does not: 
• Infringe copyrights or other rights. 
• Contain confidential or sensitive third-party data. 

6. Intellectual Property 
All app content, trademarks, and logos (excluding user-provided content) are the property of Job Link and protected by intellectual property laws. 

7. Account Deletion 
You can delete your account anytime from the in-app settings. Upon deletion, your data will be removed or anonymized in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 

8. Disclaimers 
JobLink HK acts only as a platform connecting job seekers and employers. We do not guarantee: 
• Employment offers or outcomes. 
• The accuracy of job postings or employer information. 
• The suitability or conduct of any user. 
• Use the app at your own discretion and risk. 

9. Limitation of Liability 
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Job Link shall not be liable for: 
• Any indirect or consequential damages.
• Loss of employment opportunities or income. 
• Issues arising from interactions between users. 

10. Termination 
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive activity.

11. Governing Law 
• These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR.
• Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
